How to install:
  sudo apt install sqlite3 akonadi-backend-sqlite akonadi-server kdepim-runtime zanshin
Beware that //kdepim-runtime// package includes lots of dependencies, it's powerful infrastructure that provides essential runtime components and services that are required for the proper functioning of KDE PIM applications. These applications include email clients, address books, calendars, and other tools designed to help users manage their personal information effectively.

//akonadi-backend-sqlite// is not the only backend available for akonadi, in fact //akonadi-backend-mysql// is recommended.

After that start akonadi-server manually once (as user, not root):
  akonadictl start
To verity run
  akonadictl status
You should see that server and control are running AND "Available Agent Types" are present and include //akonadi_akonotes_resource, akonadi_ical_resource, akonadi_notes_resource//

Now you can finally run
  zanshin
