відкрити ~/.zshrc

можна додати й інші плагіни, але обережно, це гальмує запуск терміналу

Щоб додати аліаси та інше, треба створити файл ${ZSH_CUSTOM:-~/.oh-my-zsh/custom}/my-aliases.zsh (ім'я на свій смак) і в нього додати:
